My experience at this resort was quite disappointing. Although the location is beautiful with stunning views and the massages included were a nice touch, I encountered several issues during my stay. Communication with the staff was challenging, and the service was disorganized, which detracted from our vacation. I was also troubled by the cleanliness and upkeep of the facilities.
